By using SnipWise, you agree to these terms.

What SnipWise does

SnipWise lets users select part of a webpage, send that selected content to a hosted AI service, and receive AI-generated explanations, summaries, or answers.

Accounts and payments

SnipWise offers a free plan and paid Pro plans. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Subscription pricing is shown before checkout.

Usage limits

Free users receive limited AI prompts per day. Pro users receive hosted AI prompts with fair-use protection. SnipWise may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse, excessive automated usage, or unusually high infrastructure costs.

Acceptable use

You may not use SnipWise to break laws, violate website, workplace, or school rules, cheat on exams or bypass assessments, abuse or overload SnipWise systems, reverse engineer the hosted API, extract or misuse service credentials, or submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

AI accuracy

AI responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it.

Refunds and cancellations

Users may cancel subscriptions through the billing portal. Refunds are handled according to the refund policy shown at purchase or provided by support.

Service availability

SnipWise may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, API provider issues, or infrastructure problems.

Changes

SnipWise may update these terms, pricing, features, or usage limits over time.
